This place is a hidden gem serving up authentic Vietnamese flavors that are worth the stop. First up, the grilled pork over rice is a winner. It’s flavorful with a nice hint of sweetness, and the portion size is perfect to fill you up. The fried egg on top? Perfection. The egg rolls are crispy and satisfying – a great start to any meal. Now, about that iced Vietnamese coffee… It’s not the star of the show, but hey, not every hero wears a cape. Next time, I’m definitely trying their bubble tea. Today, I had the beef and shrimp stir-fried noodles. Fresh veggies, a good portion of noodles, and tasty flavors all around. A bit more beef would have been nice, but overall, I really enjoyed it. The vibe here is great too. Sitting at their outdoor tables, watching cars go by, almost feels like a mini street food adventure. Plus, the owners are super friendly and always have big smiles, which makes the experience even better. So, if you’re in the area, give this place a try. Your taste buds will thank you. As a naturalized Western Washingtonian, Vietnamese is my go-to comfort cuisine. Best banh mi anywhere and that's not a controversial opinion. Sides are great. Would be more interested in their hot dishes if I didn't love the banh mi so much.

This place is honestly so amazing! Being a local for so long, I’m kicking myself for not stopping to try it sooner!! The bahn mi is so flavorful and compliments the thinly sliced fresh veggies and jalapeños! I paired this with the taro coconut bubble tea. Heaven on earth! I’ve never had food make me so happy before! I mean just absolute perfection. Also ordered online and had a short wait left when I got there. Received a remote that beeps and vibrates when your order is ready. Made the process very easy! Everyone needs to try this place!

Been here twice now, and this food truck has quickly become my favorite in Bellingham! Such fabulous flavors. The pork bhan mi is the best I've ever had. There was just "more" - more flavor, more pork, more veggies, more sauce - it weighed almost 2 lbs! I'll be back regularly!

On the 3rd time here, I solidified my feelings about the awesomeness of this place. Their banh mi's are extraordinary and for the right price. They're huge! Everything they do is spectacular and I wish this business the very best. From the Thai iced coffee, to their veggy rolls, vermicelli, and banh mi. *Chefs kiss* I keep trying something new and it never lets me down. I look forward to trying the bubble tea.

First time trying, and I will definitely be back! The service was extremely friendly and the food was extra delicious. The vermicelli vegetarian style was a great portion size! Some of my favorite spring rolls and peanut sauce I have had in town.

This is THE BEST Vietnamese place in town. Love how accessible their menu is and the service is phenomenal. The duo that own the truck are the kindest people that run an incredibly efficient business. Service is phenomenal, they're great at remembering faces and the food is incredible to top it off. Vermicelli bowls and all options for Banh Mis are a fave for our crew, and their milk teas are TO DIE for. Also a shoutout to the Thai Iced Tea, which is delish. It's become a staple in my lunch routine for work (our whole office, too), and I often find myself getting them 4-5 a month! 1,000/10 recommend this spot!

I found this place driving by, and stopped on a whim. It was quite possibly the best decision I’ve made all day! The team working was very friendly and welcoming, and they worked efficiently to get orders out quick. The shrimp spring roll was freshly prepared, with a perfect peanut sauce. The lettuce was crisp, the shrimp cooked to perfection, with warm noodles inside. The BBQ pork Bahn Mi was the best one I’ve ever had. The pork was juicy, flavorful, and the bread was lightly crisp on the outside, and pillowy fresh on the inside. I look forward to returning!
